We are now on our 11th week and Shea homes cannot find the source of a leak in our home. Moved into a new home 1/09/2016, master bath wall started leaking 2/09/2016, notified Shea Homes 2/09/16.
Twice they opened the master bath wall, closed it back up but the leak persists. Now the exterior wall is opened as well as the interior wall (third attempt)and they still have no answer. We need to stay home as people are through our house 2-5 times per week, yet no resolution.
All we get is more interruption and "sorry". I seriously question their ability to resolve a seemingly simple problem.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Leaky home, Poor quality.
