Thinking about purchasing a Shea home property called "Waterline" located in Point Richmond, CA. If anyone has any incite on this property or personal experiences with other properties promoted and built by Shea homes, please inform the rest of us.
This latest venture in Point Richmond is extremely expensive and I can't imagine being neglected in a manner described by many of you. So sorry for your negative experiences. We must all come together on social media and various networking outlets in an effort to force these unscrupulous builders to produce safe and well built homes that meet and exceed the California building Code and force them to abandon the shady practice of " bate and switch" when it comes to using substandard building products. A home should last a lifetime, but its only as strong as the resolve of the people who build them.
Shea Homes appears to have an image problem that is only growing like a ***. I sincerely hope they and other developers take notice and ownership of their responsibility to manufacture a quality product.
