We sent in a complainer to the BBB against Shaw flooring .we had 2 more reports done on this floor and still Shaw has washed their hands of this stating it our fault. It's a *** product and I hope someone bring a class action against them for this product.
We're haveinv this floor ripped up and a new floor installed.
Our flooring place itself is working with us. Terrible terrible product and the consumer pays!!!!

We had out living room hallway and dining room done with SHAW FLOORING SL255 Natural VLSII color 00860. They haven't even been down for a year and the floors look like *** already Splits in the seams.
Where one plank meets another they buckle up. Now were told there is a "climate control issue" in our house????? WHAT????? Our house basically stays at 72-74 * year round .
We spent over 3 k on these floors. We saved so we could get new floors and now were so sorry we GOT these floors. Shaw is NOT worth the money. I sure hope when BRENDA WILLIAMS calls us back she has something BETTER to tell us then......
sorry NOT covered under warranty... here's what the inspector said ////In this inspectors opinion, the moisture count is a little high on this laminate floor surface, due to lack of climate control, in my opinion.
especially as it got worse during the summer months to fall, when complaint was put in. Climate control would allow the planks not to expand, or create overwood ledging..,, due to a higher moisture, and humidity count.
Some of the affected planks, or most, can be replaced, though would take a skilled installer to do so. NO MANUFACTURING DEFECT FOUND, LOCAL CAUSE REALTED...
