The Shaw floors we were sold by Jenkins Brick in Birmingham, Alabama, which we chose because of the "lifetime warranty" and how durable we were told they were (ha!), have NOT held up. They are peeling in NUMEROUS places after only 3 years - actually the peeling/visible damage began less than a year after installation.
They look awful and I hate the floor. Reassured by the warranty, we filed a claim. An inspector came out to view. And since then?
CRICKETS. I know the inspector turned in his findings, but despite my inquiries about the status, I have been ignored by both Jenkins and Shaw. Very disappointed to say the least.
Shaw floors is a cheap product with poor customer service and dishonest claims. STAY AWAY.
