Hi,if your a homeowner that is sick and tired of select portfolio servercing giving you the run around like I am them let's all get together and do a classaction lawsuit against this company let's show them that we are not going to be pushed around,select portfolio servercing had me under forebearance agreement for over 1 year I never qualify for any program,we as homeowners should stop these evil people they don't care who they kick into the streets.let's all get together and show these lowlifes what we can do,beacuse when we all work as a group they have no choice but to listenmy contact info hywaytropper@***.com

To all of you who have issues with select portfolio servicing.like over charging on escrow account missing payments many errors don't wait file a complaint to federal trade commission ,saving and mortgage lending, consumer finance.gov/complaint, consumer.ftc.gov this company still in business.non of this complaint have been send to the all above to investigate them . hoping this can help and finally be stop to repo off good people out there.

I am so disgusted reading these God awful reviews, as I have obviously had my mortgage sold to a grade D company. I have never missed or been late on one single payment and I was confident about my mortgage with Wells Fargo bank, and do not understand why it was sold.
Since dealing with SPS this past 2 years I have had confusion, frustration and downright incompetence. I wholeheartedly agree that this place is screaming for a class action suit, lets do what we need to do to set this right,,, Marianne Murphy

Count me in! After hundreds, and I mean hundreds of phone calls, and paperwork going back and forth for months I have had it!
This company is terrible to work with! I also have never had to pay $15.00 every single time to go to their website and make a payment!
Why would you get charged to make a payment! I would love to start a class action lawsuit against this company as it is outrageous the crap I have had to deal with this company!

We have had and continue to have issues with SPS AS WELL. To date I have been unable to find an attorney willing to take the case but if we can figure out how to contact each other maybe we will have a better chance.

I called them complaining and asking why is $75,500.00 amount on my credit report,, I've been divorced every since 2010 or 2012,,, and got my credit back straight, Then this amount showed up on my credit report as being in default a couple of months I called these people and ask many questions about why this amount is showing up on my credit report, there reply was if we can't payment out of the owner,, we will get out of you,,, I replied,,, I am not the owner . my ex-husband is the owner and I have proof, through the court.
where I signed a QUICK CLAIM DEED. OVER TO THE EX and I sent a copy to SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, and it is still on my credit. AND I found out in 2013 that it was on my credit report..
and they will not remove IT.. and it bringing my credit score DOWN
8 months and paperwork going back and forth, unbelievable! I fell behind on pandemic and they aske for the same every 2 days! I am in!!!
They did a modification to us and we are behind $8000 in back Taxes and we owe what we started out at 20 years ago. Give me a lawyer's name and number to contact please if you got anywhere with it..

send to me as well we are in exactly the same boat as you are but a little worse. We were granted a deferment and they never subtracted the deferment although they added it to the principal balance.
when we asked why they added it we were told "well we have to added it before subtracting the deferment" but could not tell me why. it's not like we were given the deferred amount. We made we made a partial payment for February, 2 payments in March and one in April. These are the months we were given a deferment for.
if that was the end of it i can understand why they had to add it to subtract it. But they took the payments made and applied them to older missed payment which should have lowered the principal balance from the month they were applied to, which did not happen. by adding the deferment to the principal balance then subtracting then adding it to the final payment we are paying it twice.

SPS bought my loan March 2020 and then we had a house fire. Insurance company sent a check for replacement and Select Portfolio put it in an account and pay me as house is being built .
It took a month to get the first draw which was not the full amount that I have payed the contractor already. They wanted to inspect to release more money. Waiting all week for a check and had still not been sent. Canโt seem to get on the web site.
They said they are having trouble. Neither site could I get on insuranceclaimcheck. Com and the SPS app web site. No good !
No way to track anything. They will be getting calls from me every day!
They lie and hold on to my money as long as they can ! Contractor has been patient so far !
They continue to want me to pay for their insurance even though I have submitted my home owners insurance policy that clearly shows my policy does not expire for 10 more months.
Conversations with customer service representatives feel like 3rd world scams.
I agree we have had major issues with them since 2018 an it is on going. Count us in. reggired69@***.net
I totally agree I am so tired of having them complain about me not paying on time. When I sign in online every month it takes to long etc. Pleasse keep me informed.
