Select Blinds - CUSTOMER SERVICE
WE ORDERED BLINDS AFTER FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS ONLINE AND ADDING TWO INCHES TO OUR MEASUREMENTS. THE BLINDS CAME IN TWO INCHES TOO WIDE.
WE HAVE A LIMITED AREA TO INSTALL THE BLINDS SO THEY DO NOT FIT. i ONLINE CHATTED AND SPOKE TO REPRESENTATIVES WHICH WERE NOT HELP SINCE THE ONLY OFFER WE HAD TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WAS TO LET US BUY A NEW BLIND AT A SLIGHT DISCOUNT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. SO NOW, I HAVE WASTED OVER $100 AND NEED TO GO SHOPPING.
GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO ORDER BLINDS FROM THEM.

I wish I had seen this review before I was duped into getting my blinds from Select Blinds. The end product is useless.
i ordered Faux Wood Cordless Blinds. They are not faux wood, not even close, this is just cheap plastic and it looks like cheap plastic. Plus, because they're cordless, you can't really control the opening of the blinds. To open them we have to pull the blind down below the window sill, then when we place the blind back into the window sill they close up.
What good are blinds if you can't keep them open? This company is very deceitful and I too was told by their Customer Service that I could choose another one of their blinds at a slight discount. When I asked if I could return the defective blinds, they actually told me to just donate them somewhere. Really?
Appalling.
Will never use this company again. i just wasted $125.
