Seiko Watch
I received my watch, now is moving, thank you so much.
But I found there has a few deep scratches at the bottom of the case, properly is cut by the tools when the technician try to fix inside of the watch. I don't appreciate that.
My letter stated very clearly the watch is not running (moving) and it still under warranty.
Your response did not mention my point and just asked me to put in a new case and need to pay a hundred dollar. Be honest, the watch I sent it to you is on good condition, those stones never never came out because it's my favorite watch, I storage it for the 1st year, and used it at the 2nd year, I take care of it very well. After I shipped to you the agent told me whole bunch of stones falls off, that's unbelievable and I can't imagine it. I wrapped the watch with a lot of bubble.
Is there any one of you can put this case investigation. I believe must be something wrong in one of the department. Seiko is a big company right?
