Hi there,

I had a very bad experience with Sears Direct Parts and I need your help. Maybe a fast response might help you retain a Sears customer.

I returned unused items second day after receiving the order. USPS confirmation shows my parts arrived at your facility on 11/2/16 (tracking # 953461****676302****59). No refund was issued. I called and talked with your representatives and I only got back promises and disillusions. I am disappointed about your services for the following reasons:

1. The moment you summit the order you cannot cancel it. I called just after I submitted the order and no cancellation was possible. Customers must wait for the order to arrive and then return the parts. Shipping is on the customer both ways.

2. Three weeks after the parts arrived at your destination the refund was still not issued. I talked with your representative (Konner) on 11/19 and I was told the refund will arrive in 3 days max. Followed up on 11/23 evening with a call to 1-80*-252-**** number. The representative gave me another number 1 80* 795 ****. I called this number and got an โ€œoffice is closed nowโ€ message. No schedule or time to call was mentioned.

Please follow up with me and let me know why my refund is not issued. I made a number of big purchases (all kitchen appliances, lawn tractor, water softener) from Sears in the past, but I am so disappointed about this service that I am considering switching to another store for purchases if my problem is not resolved ASAP.

Called again and got the reimbursement for the full amount. Problem solved.
