Returned an item following Scott's policy for them to refuse a refund as the item had gone missing, they refuse to raise a claim with courier after sending all evidence of Scott's sending postage QR code to us, they kept advising we need to raise the missing parcel claim even though we are not the customer, Scott's is the customer as they provided the returns postage.
Unable to speak to anyone to discuss, everything has to be done over email, they ask for various things, which we have sent numerous times, for Scott's to not read the emails. All they had to do was open a list parcel claim with courier
User's recommendation: Do not make online purchases.
Monetary Loss: $52.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
