When i signed up for a free credit report they told me that i could not receive one because i already recieve one for the year, which i never had received one the last one i received was in 2012 then when i realized i had been being charged for 6 month to year i tried loging in and couldnt so i hit forgot password and was told to contact customer service so i did and decided to requst to cancel my membership and request a refund seeing how they took the payment that day i was told no refund could be issued because services had been provided. What services? You been charging me for 6-12 month for a membership i was unaware i had after telling me u cant send me my report and now i cant even access my account so please tell me what services did u provide me
