My name is Mandy Kohmetscher. I am a hostess for Yolanda Ramirez of Lincoln Nebraska. I held a party for her on September 17th, 2014, at 7:00 pm. I had several ladies come and order and I also had outside orders from ladies who could not make it to the party. At the end of my party Yolanda took my order for 1 half priced item and $15.00 credit. I ordered the Scents System to combine and save. I ordered the element system with 3 bars of happy birthday scent bars for $39.00 at half price. I also ordered 3 scents bars in perfectly pomegranate for $14.00 for my free credit. She took my cash and said she ordered my product and sent in my friends orders as well on September 19th. After 2 weeks of waiting for my new Scents products with anticipation, Yolanda sent me a text message saying she didn't order my products because I did not sell enough products at my party. My guests are also still waiting for their orders as well. This is extremely disappointing since I love your product and order frequently. I'm completely unsatisfied with the way I was treated by Yolanda. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from any other consultant. I hope, together, we can resolve this issue. First, Scentsy didn't do anything wrong or give you bad customer service. Yolanda whatshername is to blame.

Scentsy can be contacted and informed of the issue and they will deal with the consultant.

Not all Scentsy consultants do this to their hostesses. I hope you get it resolved.

Please report this consultant to Scentsy customer care. I am sick of consultants giving the rest of us a bad name - rep.

I am a current consultant and my very first party occurred for this very reason - the consultant scammed the hostess, took hundreds of dollars in orders/money and never placed an order.

The hostess contacted me thru the Scentsy website and trusted me enough to come to her home and do a 2nd party. It was great, I made sure I went over and beyond to correct the impression the first consultant left behind.

Please do not allow this experience to taint your image of consultants - there are tons of honest consultants out there - we are serious and passionate about what we do and this passion is shared with our customers - itmakesmorescents@***.com

I recently, like within the last 30 days, joined Scentsy and became a consultant. I actually rejoined since I have worked for them in the past.

I would like to say I'm speechless after reading about your issue. Scentsy is great with handling issues, you shouldn't have to deal with this! Call their customer service and make a complaint about her!

If you didn't have a qualifying party she would of known that night! I am very sorry this happened to you.

Oh my gosh! that's horrid.

I actually have customers waiting for an order just because I never hit enter when I put it in :/ I updated them and they all understand plus I am giving them a 10$ coupon out of my own pocket. sorry you experienced this!

I'm a Scentsy rep and I'm so sorry that happened. I just happened to google something for Scentsy and this was the first thing that came up.

You should definitely contact Scentsy headquarters and let them know. Maybe she pocked your money? I know that August and orders in early September took some time to ship but they should be there within about 2-3 weeks.
