Scentsy - Consultant Millie Rios took Fundraising money
I participated in a fundraiser for the Lady Giants organization. The money earned would go to support the cheerleading competition.
My consultant Millie Rios never put in my order for $180.00 dollars worth of scentsy buddy clips that I sold at my job. She took the money, people who are deceitful and untrustworthy should not be selling products. My mistake was that I did not make a copy of the order form. Make sure if you buy products make a copy so you have it as proof..She should not be working for this company.
I tried reaching out to her she has avoiding my calls and has not responded to my text. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
Reason of review: order never put in .
Monetary Loss: $180.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

You have every right to file a police report for theft
If you have any documentation or proof of transactions is the only way to prove this tho
You can file small claims against her
Most city's it's a minimal fee like 25-40.00 to file claim against someone
You can seek your loss and punitive damages from her for the stress this caused you
If you have any record of the transaction that will help. Please contact corporate and report it but you do need something to prove that you paid this gal otherwise anyone can make false claims you know.
It's disgusting some consultants would do this To bad you can't ask other people who her Director is Not that it will matter but you could def try if her director is decent she may resolve it forbyou As a consultant I've dealt first hand with stealing consultants and thieving upline so I feel your frustration If I had some proof I'd go to bat for you because I can't stand a thief and I've already seen it too many times with Scentsy and corporate really does nothing about it!!! I see directors keeping commissions that belong to downline etc.... corporate really only gets involved if it directly affects them.
A consumer complaint they usually don't care. I mean they don't do anything for the consultants when the Directors steal from downline instead they praise them Blah blah obviously sore subject for me I'm a star consultant so I've experienced your issue Call support file a police report and file a small claims against her
