When customer service called me back twice, I got the same person twice, a girl named Jen, who refused to give me her last name or employee number which I'm entitled to for reference purposes, and when on my second call with her I asked to speak with a supervisor, she kept making excuses why I could not talk to one, then she said my supervisor will call you back, then she called back, trying to disguise her voice, saying she was a supervisor with a different name, I'm disabled by being almost totally blind, so I could not access my account properly from the instructions and told her what I did and said I could not have done that and made a partially disabled person, feel like an idiot, then my girlfriend did it properly and it said my account was locked, I will report Scene+ to an agency that handles how disabled customers are treated, and she should be fired for impersonating a supervisor or at least retrained how to handle a customer's complaint without making them feel stupid, also I would like all my calls with her listened to since it says they are recorded for training purposes

User's recommendation: Access your account often to make sure it is correct & get names of any customer service representative you have to deal with.
