Siding issues, cabinets and Hvac freezing up. No response from Ryan or HVAC company.

Stay far away from Ryan Homes. They do not respond or try to resolve your issue. Heat pump working on emergency heat.

My new house is at 66 degrees and it is 40 degrees outside. Stay away you are now informed.

I had the same situation when I had owned a Ryan home. Unlike this homeowner.

Ryan did reach out to me with suggestions when I has complained about the inadequate size heating unit for my home. Here were some of their suggestions. 1. Keep the clothes dryer door open while drying your clothes.

2. Keep the oven door open while baking and cooking your meals. 3. Put sternos underneath the chairs of your gusets and yourself for added heat.

4. Spend time in a friend's home that isn't a Ryan home during the winter. 5. If the hot water tank heater hasn't failed then spend time in the hot shower.

6. Spend time in your car with the heater on but remember to keep the garage door open. 7. Bodit's also give off heat so Ryan suggests inviting as many strangers as you can over to your home to gather this heat.

Post a free pizza party at your address in the local paper on a cold night. Ryan also wants it's customers to be aware of the good beneficial savings that have come from their customers in their cold homes. Ryan homeowner Mary Higgins has not spent any electricity on her refrigerator to keep its contents cold. She just keeps the doors open and the unit off.

Another Ryan Customer Paul Henshaw had open up a Cryogenic facility at his home, charging people with terminal illnesses to be frozen.

They will be unfrozen several years later when the heating system is fixed. By that time they may find a cure for the disease.
