I find the Sales Rep whom took over for the condos very arrogant, pompous and condescending to the consumer. The fire did not dampen the sales the sales reps are deflating the sales.
You have been warned. Giving the demographics of the location, you would think the sales reps would be different toward the mass population of the purchasers. How is it possible to purchase a product without having an opportunity to see what it is you will be purchasing.
Now, the condo models are returned and another sales rep lets see how much care of the product and the community will be put in place to sell the product. If you are smart, you would look some where else.
