I was one pissed consumer. However, we had another service provider showed up who actually listened and resolved all of our requests in such an efficient / professional manner. What I would say about my experience with Ryan Homes is that, it really depends on who your service supervisor is.
We got lucky, and our supervisor really came through for us. At this point, I have to say I am a pretty happy customer.
