I had a contract on a Condo in 2013 and Ryan failed (Ryan admitted a huge mistake) but was unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation for their error. Since Ryan had my deposit and plans were already in progress on our end, we were basically STUCK.
We agreed to purchase another Condo but the additional wait of 7 months caused considerable expense and heartache. At the time we had to make this difficult decision, I felt was not asking for much but Ryan replied with an almost instant "NO".
At the time of purchase make sure you are comfortable with Ryan as your because dealing with the upper levels of sales management is very painful. It is like pulling teeth!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $6000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
