Rv Wholesalers - ExtraRide Warranty = lost money
Just called RV Wholesalers to get my money back on my ExtraRide extended warranty which they pushed on me to buy when I purchased my trailer. They told me the company that had the warranty or the administrator went bankrupt and that I have lost the ability to get my refund, I never had one single claim.
They told me I should have been notified so I could have filed a claim with the bankruptcy but I had never received any such notification and it is way to late to try. The best part is the lady on the phone said I should have used my warranty before it expired so I could have gotten some benefit from it. Not sure how if the company went bankrupt, Hmm!. I knew I would get *** by them when I agreed to buy this.
My so called deal I received on my trailer was not such A great deal when you add the $1700.00 I just lost. Don't waste your time on buying this warranty or purchasing a unit from them.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I have reached a complete satisfactory resolution with Durnellโs RV Wholesalers. Danny Holden
Iโm trying to build a case against RVW. Would you be willing to post the reimbursement company and their location? And any useful information
After leaving messages over the last few months with RVWholesalers, I finally got a call back. Unfortunately I got the same excuses about my refund.
This company has been nothing but a joke since the day I purchased. My walk through at pick up showed a few things that needed addressing and the service manager said he would have it taken care of. He also said he would be calling me in 3-4 days to let me know where and when to have it repaired through factory warranty.
3 weeks went by without contact so I called 6 times with 6 messages and no call back. I called the manufacturer and they had not heard anything from RVW so they could not cover through warranty.
This is normal for rv wholesalers. Many people lost their "promised" refund because allegedly the insurance company went broke.
I encourage you to seek legal action. The Durnells I know personally they think they can push everyone around. They lie every chance they get. Personally I think there was no "warranty" I've talked to multiple repair facilities that when the rv wholesalers was original purchase site and the repair facility was part of the "nationwide network" .
The Durnells failed to pay one 2000 dollars after the repairs were completed to customers specifications.
Also the repair facility took prior and post pictures sent them to mike and Dave. To date yet has been to be paid.
