The prices that I viewed on the website were not honored.When questioned ,the manager Mark Williams was very rude.

He proceeded to discuss the matter in a confrontational tone in the presence of other customers. i had to ask for privacy in discussing the matter. I showed him the prices on the website and he said it was a third party website. How was I supposed to know that?

Our billed ended up being $10 more than we had anticipated, and this was with a so-called coupon.

He is the worst, most inconsiderate manager that I have ever encountered.He definitely is not concerned about customer satisfaction.

What you describe is an unlikely scenario. You are probably projecting - he probably moved you to a space where it was more private because you were acting so poorly and raising your voice and being rude. People tend to do that when they don't read the fine print on their "coupon".
