The Reverse skin care regime caused severe burns on my face that didn't go away for weeks. Since using this product, I am now allergic to sunscreen.

My whole story with R&F is rather lengthy, suffice it to say, my skin will never be the same. I'm wondering if there are others out there this has happened to, do I need to pursue formal complaints? I don't think this should be a product that is sold by MLM, this should be sold by a professional only. What happened to my face was delt with very poorly and I will never be the same.

I can't even wear foundation now that has spf in it. For those of you that think I had some allergy to sunscreen before hand, I am a redhead, I have lived on sunscreen my entire life, I lived at the pool every summer as a youth. This product is directly what caused my sensitivity.

Up until the day I used it, I could use sunscreen. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE

Reason of review: It was harmful.

Rodan And Fields Pros: Consultant was nice, Part of the soothe regimen was fine.

Rodan And Fields Cons: Harmful, Nurses unknowledgeable and slow, Hard to get answers in a timely manner, Your in pain and you have to wait a day for a response.

I had the SAME exact problem. Only I stopped using it 6 months ago, and it permanently burned my skin.

I am 35 and never had any abnormal skin issues prior. It looks as though I have vitiligo that is red and irritated.

I also have the same issue with sunscreen.

The company refused to reimburse me because I developed the problem AFTER the 60 day trial was up.

I'm a skin therapist with 15 years experience and by the sounds of it the natural barrier of your skin has been compromised and you need to rebuild it. Once the natural barrier has been compromised you're more prone to skin irritation, including from products you've previously been able to use.

Sunscreens are full of chemicals that aren't good for sensitised skin (which yours has become), so rebuilding the natural barrier will allow your skin to strengthen, as right now your lipids have been stripped and so has your skins natural moisture level.

Go get some "Dermalogica Barrier Repair" and use that on your skin, avoid any exfoliation products for awhile and use a cleanser that is gentle on the skin and for sensitive skins.

I hope this has been helpful and good luck with your skin

Thank you so much for sharing your expertise here. One would hope that these so called skincare experts would know this, but, it's pretty obvious that they are not skincare experts and are only interested in making a buck.

I'm sure most Reps would feel bad about a friend having a problem but then there are people like Kelly Cagle who would say the consumer must have done something wrong. Thanks again

I used this twice and my skin feels like it is severely burned. My consultant said to give it a couple weeks to see how it works but I'm scared to death my skin is damaged.

I know people say that your skin needs time to adjust and the product is purging your skin, but that seems wrong.

I've never ever had any skin problems. I just wanted to even my tone a bit.

Do not keep using it! Take lots of pictures and have your consultant send them in to the nurse line.

Make detailed notes and maybe see your dermatologist. My skin is still damaged!

Find an attorney who will take this case and I think you deserve some form of settlement.
