One important thing is you have to believe in the product you're selling. That was my downfall.

It was fun in the beginning but when none of the products worked for you, the packaging is cheap and the eye cream should be a pump for preservation as exposure will make it worthless. Plus they have to keep current with trends as in tinted moisturizer, bb/cc creams, etc. It feels outdated like Mary Kay. The only reason why it's working its way up to number 1 skincare is because as a consultant if you don't sell, you have to keep spending 100 dollars every month on products to keep your status and commission and other companies are having to compete more so now than before with smaller companies that are going cruelty free, vegan, green, organic, etc.

with makeup companies getting into skincare as well. With the lash boost, it's overpriced and coming out recently makes it look like RandF is still falling behind on the current beauty skin care trends. It was fun in the beginning but it's a hard sell with a stigma attached to MLM and competing against other reps/consultants.

Plus you can't just grab any friend or relative because if you recruit, they are your team that you have to manage and sometimes there is drama you have to deal with which could ruin friendships relationships etc. Like I said it's not for everyone but if you like sales, if you're outgoing, and you don't mind spamming your business on Facebook and not caring if you're getting unfollowed because no one likes to see RandF on a weekly basis, then it's for you for sure.

I have used Rodan and Fields for over a year, and I have had great success. I think it's important to get the right regimen for your skin type.

Also, you have to do the steps - even when you've been out late and it's midnight - hahaha.Anyway, I'm sixty years old and nobody knows it. I credit Rodan and Fields.

They are #27 on an official dermatological list that is widely published. But, you are right that Reps gave to spend something every month plus the $20 monthly fee for their website. The joke of the monthly spend is that it is strongly suggested to buy "samples" every month to give away - out of your pocket.

Nope afraid not. The dermatology review which ranked them #27 in prior years, now says they are not in top 3.

Interesting that RF is ranked the #45th best MLM - could be a good thing.

In the top 25, there are 6 skincare product companies ranked including Avon; Mary Kay; Arbonne; Nerium; Juenese; etc. do you believe everything they tell you.

They are #1 in getting undereducated people to sell their their products to friends & family who buy "to help them out". If they were really #1, they would be in all the top high end stores like Nordstrom right next to Ivanka & Melania products.

Oh...never mind. My bad. Estee' Lauder tried but couldn't make it happen.

They would be selling on infomercials if the deal to dump proactiv to Guthy Renker didn't preclude competing infomercials. Aha another MLM is born.
