I signed up for PC perks and placed my first order which totaled almost $300. It has been a week now and I received an order confirmation, but that is all.

I emailed customer service and was told that it takes 2 days to process and then 7-9 business days for shipping. This is the first "high-end" makeup company I have ever bought from that does not send an email when they ship your order and give you a tracking number. Please don't refer to people as "preferred customers" and charge them $18.95 to join this "elite" club that 1) you don't get good customer service 2) you don't get expedited shipping and 3) you can't even send an email when it is shipped. Maybe I should be giving them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they just haven't even shipped my order, after a full week.

Disappointed and I haven't even received the products yet. However, I did buy the AMP MD roller system on Ebay for a HUGE discount and guess what? It was shipped and arrived in TWO days.

If you are interested in trying this stuff I suggest Ebay. At least you get notified when it is shipped, its cheaper, and you don't have the auto-refill!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Rodan And Fields Cons: Scam of preferred customer status program.

After I stopped using their products ( plumps up the wrinkles & lines)the wrinkles & lines came back deeper. Anything that plumps up skin tissue will stretch out those lines. Not wasting any more money.

It never costs $18.95 to join. You ALWAYS receive an email for tracking your shipment.

I'd most certainly question the person you purchased from. That doesn't sound right at all! Also, do NOT buy from eBay! ESPECIALLY the amped roller!!!

That roller has microscopic needles that puncture your skin!

Lord knows what some psycho on the other end of eBay could have done to those! Through R+F you know the product is safe and protected by the 60 day money back guarantee.

Only a *** would compare an MLM to eBay and say the MLM is better. BTW other than the amp roller, is it ok to buy the rest of the lotions/potions on eBay for 50% off. I think most consultants are struggling and starting to strike out at others who speak the truth about MLMs

You are spot on about ebay. I am amazed of the pricing difference between the R&F site and ebay. Free shipping and a fraction of the cost for the product, especially if I want to try the different lines.

Rodan and Fields consultants are prohibited from selling on eBay or any other site. Often these are expedited or counterfeit products.

Order do take 7-10 days to ship. It's worth the wait.

I am a consultant and sell RF on eBay all of the time. Make much better money than I could using the companies route/sales model.

People do not want auto delivery or to get roped into the PC program. I know many other consultants that sell on eBay.

And you are right - shipping time is ridiculous by RF.. The company is simply not focused on good customer service.

Yes! Your response makes much more sense than the previous one did.

The stuff on eBay is counterfeit - HA. The products on eBay are the same with a much better price. The company is not focused on customer service at all. They feel like they don't have to be because the consultants are the customer facing people.

Neither Katie or Kathy sold you overpriced ***. Chances are your sister in law did or one of yours kids friends Moms did! Think about it. You order on eBay at a much lower price and it is a win win for you.

If you like it, you buy only what you want and only when you want it and you get the lower price with no probkems with your credit card.

If you don't like it, you don't order any more and you saved yourself some money and many headaches. And, you didn't mix money and friends/relatives which is always dicey and can be disastrous

Yes u are indirect violation of your sales agreement and very easily could be CHARGED by the company for all sales you've made on eBay. You signed an agreement when you signed up to sell.

In response to anyomous: Oh, well. Rodan and Fields should look at their business practices and customer service before "charging" people because they sell on eBay.

There are thousands of us who use these alternative ways to sell products on eBay and other venues. We have to be able to survive. RF only seems to care that we as consultants keep buying products. That is where their profit comes from.

Look at the business model. Most consultants lie, cheat, steal, stalk and defraud to make money.

Read through this site as proof. I like the product, just don't drink the kool aid.
