The product made my Mom's eye and face swell up. She was not able to get her money back for the product either even after she explained what occurred to the R&F Corporate Office.

She stated they hung up on her three different times. My Consultant (Alicia Hill from Kyle, TX) refused to remove my Credit Card information from my account after I told her I didn't want to use the products. She also encouraged me to have my Mom continue to use the products even though it caused swelling to her face and eyes. I looked horrible after using the products.

They are way over priced, and not worth it. To me, it caused more flaws than positive attributes to my face. My consultant was also very unprofessional and called me a "***".

Corporate said there is not much they can do about unprofessional Consultants. RUN far away from these products!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $4250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
