Rich dad also charged 102.09 sales tax on the courses states on the receipt. It's highly illegal.

I signed up for a free initial Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Personal Coaching in 5/25/12. They advertised "Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Personal Coaching", but I never talked to or met with Robert Kiyosaki.

All he talks about is investments briefly and then he loops around saying that you need coaches in life. After the initial 'interview', the coach sent me an email, "I am glad we connected today; I very much enjoyed talking to you. You have great energy and I appreciated your enthusiasm about coaching. I see you as a great candidate for a coaching program of this caliber.

Working with a Coach is not right for everyone; however, we look forward to exploring that possibility with you in your interview. " So I sign up, my total cost was $6000.00 minus a $100 by paying in full during the sales call. I had also requested a tuition receipt and they never sent it. When I heard from the coaching call about a free seminar about real estate investing hosted by Rich Dad Education I went there.

I should have known, but the seminar was a 3 hour sales pitch on purchasing an additional three day training for $495, which I purchased. The โ€œGet Rich Quickโ€ Seminar is basically a long drawn out sales pitch. When I attended the 3 days training, they sold me another 3 'Advanced Training' courses "package" for $11092.09 USD and also a software subscription of $39.95 per month for 2 years. The highest priced package comprised of 10 courses totaling $45,000 USD.

I was really excited at that time learning I'd soon to be successful in earning money in real estate investing. The most I could afford was $11,092 package of 3 courses. They gave me SCRIPTS to say to my credit card companies and took time out during the seminar to allow people to call their credit card companies to ask for the increase to $100,000. They taught us many real estate things and making up our own purchase contract i.e.

Wholesale (which is re-selling a purchase contract aka Assignment of contract) In the standard California purchase contract, it says Buyer shall not assign all or part of all or part of buyer's interest in this agreement. What they taught us to do is highly illegal and unethical and requires a real estate license in my state to do all those things involving real estate prices and disclosures. I am glad I didn't do all those things and 'steal' other people's homes and rip off others like they did. In California,'bird dogging' (paying someone unlicensed to provide leads) wholesaling are illegal.

I really didn't think I got my money's worth. I didn't attend all of their courses since I didn't have time at the end and didn't want to travel so far for their live training. I was tired of their up selling strategies. Video training didn't have any value even though they offered.

I really regretted spending that much money and found out I didn't learn anything practical except hearing all their investing stories that are too good to be true. I can see online that there are many similar complaints about these companies Rich Dad and Tigrent Learning and how they rip off other students money with their high sales pitch and false advertisement. It's really very unreasonable tuition that I paid thinking of how many illegal things they taught and constantly upselling.

Please let me know if I could get my money back. Thank you for reading and I'd appreciate your response.
