Contact Retirement Clearinghouse Customer Service

If you want to send a letter to the Retirement Clearinghouse customer service team, first, visit the “Contact Us” page. To go to it, follow the “Contact Us” hyperlink at the bottom of the official company website. You’ll see a contact form. Fill it out with a detailed description of your question or request in the “Additional Comments” field. Click on the “Submit” button. If you are an individual, go to the “Individuals” page by clicking on “Individuals” in the bottom menu of the official company site and fill out a contact form under “Individual quick connect”. You’ll find the same contact forms on the “Plan Sponsors”, and “Auto Portability” pages.

To login to the Retirement Clearinghouse account, click on “Login” in the upper right corner. Choose “Individual Login” or “Plan Sponsors Login”. In the first case, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, then click on the “Login” green button. If you choose “Plan Sponsors”, enter only your username and click on the “Login” button.
