Renovation Team - Consumer fraud
This company is a total scam! Our neighbors kept telling us and its own fault that we didnt listen.
They completely breached contract. Did not do half of what they said they would. We agreed to a waterproofing job and agreed to dig down to the footings. Once they dug about 6 feet down, clodi decided to tell us we have no footings ( we now know this is NOT possible).
He rushed our decision and our entire house was open so we had very little choice when he stated it would be 20 k to repair the foundation ( which wasnt damaged) and pour concrete on the bottom ( where the footings were supposed to be). They also stated in the contract they would put an external drain at the bottom of the trench. THEY DID NOT DO THIS EITHER. Claimed the concrete would suffice.
After speaking with other professionals and contractors, these jerks scammed us out of 20k. We called Bart , the owner and he tried to deny the fraud that his brother really is. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
We are filing suit against these con artists. You have been warned
