New ReviewerRelocation Nation botched our move because they didnt understand their trucking companies weight limit for a 26 ft truck. We had to find out the hard way and unload over 1000lbs of our belongings in 2 locations.
We are senior citizens with health problems and we had to unload the truck. Finding out after movers had loaded the truck and gone home, that there was a weight limit. They need to compensate us. They wont give us the legal department information or their managers cobtack info?
We have to move the rest of our belongings on 3/17/23 and have incurred additional storage costs because of their error. They said they just cant send out a truck, so we asked for a 2000.00 refund so we can get someone else to move our stuff.
Bradley and Olivia refuse to give us their managers info and will not communicate with us at all. We had damages to our belongings and no one will help.Can you help?
