Ended up paying a $35 dollar fee for giving the incorrect account numbers really pissed of thought I had a gentleman that was helping me and I guess that's in the wind.

Tried to pay 350 dollars to pay down my Balence nowhere near my due date and got fined 35 dollars because the numbers for my account were incorrect this happened 3 different times I had what I thought was a considerate associate helping me and apparently he got tired of helping me all I wanted to do was pay down my balence what a Hassel it has become most of the customer service people are rude and ignorant to your situation there are some that truly try to help you but those people are rare and apparently are just there for damage control mind you this company has ridiculous fees and if you get this card what ever you do keep your balance that you owe very low your going to need that in order to handel the ridiculous annual fees the card is mediocre at best and I would definitely recommend you look into other cards first before getting this one also they take a ridiculously long time to process payments to your account and it you want to make your payment with a debt card its 11.00 dollars watch out you've been warned

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Reflex Card Cons: Extremely high rates, Rude customer service, Horrible time to process funds.
