Reebelo Australia - Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!!
So its been 2 1/2 weeks now and still my item has not arrived.!! It took them 8 days to process then 2 days just to get it to aus post (according to there hopeless tracking info).
Now its lost in transit apparently. I made a complaint and was promised a reply by close of business the following business day, yet I have had to make multiple emails to them with no reply the day after that. This would normally not be such a big deal, but considering it is time crucial for a little girls birthday in 2 days I would have thought almost 3 weeks would be ample for a metro delivery, which is what they promise dont waste your time I will never use these guys again.!!! ( just got an update) we are sorry but it looks like your item was OUT OF STOCK!!!
Almost 3 weeks to tell me this and to also give me a tracking number with updates, and it was never even packaged!!! Angry is an understatement!!!
