I have found the Customer Service at Red Sea of North America to very be very thoughtful of its customers. I recently bought a new Red Sea Prizm Deluxe protein skimmer from a Brooklyn pet shop that was missing 2- parts. Amanda requested a receipt and replaced the entire unit. I was very happy that they quickly resolved this problem , and a new unit is on its way.

PS: However, Mr. Acevedo's comment on degrading the Customer Service Dept. was extremely thoughtless not to retract his negative comment after receiving a new tank at the expense of Red Sea N/A. He should have been forced to pay ship/handling expenses, as a matter of principle. Poorly arranging the live rock in the center, may have caused the crack on the edge of the tank, although there was no specific evidence as to how the tank was cracked. You should retract your comments as they do not help other hobbyist who deal with Customer Service on a regular basis. Don't allow your ego to supplant reason, as you didn't have a receipt, and a year had passed before setting up your tank. Consider yourself quite lucky that Red Sea staff helped you all the way, despite your claim of injury in the Military. Retract your statement is the proper thing to do, and apologize like a man should to Red Sea.
