An entertainment fee is added to your bill for a entertainment / trivia game device that sits on every table. this device does not have a disclaimer that when used, you will be charged a $1.99 fee.

the server does not explain this either verbally prior to using, so naturally every child or adult will touch it and you get charged this fee. this is a scam, unethical behavior by a business. customers should know and agree in advance if they will be charged for a product or service. i will not return to any red robin restaurant, which is too bad, cause the food and service was excellent.

and my family is very fond of it.

i will gladly take my business elsewhere. red robin, you have a lost a loyal customer, i hope the $1.99 was worth it.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I too was surprised by the $1.99 fee added to the bill. I paid itโ€”probably should have deducted it from the gratuity.

ME NO READ!!!! ME WANT FREE!!!

DUUUHHHHHHHHH!

Or some other nonsense from a nonsense person. LEARN TO PAY ATTENTION!!!!! You would BEAT your child in public if THEY didnt pay attention. WHERE is YOUR beating???

Perhaps the LESSON you are showing your kids is that its PERFECTLY OK to NOT READ!!! That its PERFECTLY OK to WHINE about something YOU had 100% control over yet SOMEHOW and MAGICALLY they are the bad guys BECAUSE you WILLINGLY CHOSE to NOT pay attention.

Typical mouth breather. Are you SURE you should have breed??

I think this was your fault, by not reading the screen on the device. I go to several restaurants that use these devices (including Red Robin) and they are all exactly the same. They all advise there is a $1.99 charge.
