My complainant is about the manager on duty when my family of five visited the Red Lobster in Bartonsville PA on 12/23/2016 at approximately 06:00 pm. We are local and visited this Red Lobster a few times before.

In the past, this location did not measure up to other locations we have visited but decided to give it another chance since itโ€™s in our neighborhood. The restaurant was practically empty. A startled worker called the manager to seat us. The manager was very unscrupulous from the beginning.

He glared at us contemptuously, periodically looking down at the seating chart. This glaring when on for 15-20 minutes. Finally, other guests arrived behind us and we were seated at one of the many open booths available. The waiter Lee was great, and the food for the most part was okay except the snow crab legs my wife ordered.

Lee called the manager. This manager pasted our table a few times before looming over us without saying a word. We explained the snow crab legs were old. Without apology he said, โ€œWeโ€™ll take that order off the bill.โ€ The bill came with nothing taken off.

When the bill finally did come back, only $15 of the $25 entrรฉe was taken off.

The final insult came at the end when the manager loomed back over our table to see if we ate or took the snow crab legs to go. Initially we were excited the see a Red Lobster arrive in our neighborhood of over 20 years, but will not visit there again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
