RPM has shown up on my credit report for outstanding fees to Windstream communications. I have never had an account with Windstream communications and it is not offered where I live yet RPM is an outstanding debt in collection on my credit report which is directly affecting my credit score!!! How is it possible to allow a collection agency to do this when my credit report will show that I never have had an account with this service provider. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this!!!

RPM did not do any validation before making association but how in the world did they get access to information to associate this with my credit report! This should be illegal.

Now the question is how do I get this removed????

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $213.

Preferred solution: remove from my credit report and absolve error in associating to me..

Location: Orlando, Florida
