Shower was installed in May 2018. The wall-to-floor seal around the shower floor started separating in Feb 2019 and progressively got worse.
The floor/pan creaks when stepped on. I called in May 2019 for warranty information and was told that they do not service the Pensacola area any longer but would send someone if they happen to be in the area (Re-bath is based in Panama City). They didn't have any problems taking my $9,000.00 during installation. I was finally called a week ago and was told a person was near Pensacola and would take a look at my shower issues.
I had to take a day off work to wait and they called at 4:45 in the afternoon to say they can't make it and will have to re-schedule.
I was contacted twice by re-bath to verify a date of July 22, and they don't show!! Meanwhile I think water is creeping under the wall panels.
