I ordered a tub and liner and wall surround in April 2016 with a 5-8 week wait time. It is 13 weeks and still no product.
The salesman had to remeasure which I suspect is part of the problem. He came to the house about 10 weeks after the order was placed to remeasure and did not say a word, much less offer an explanation. Office staff has been less than helpful, saying they will inquire and call back and failing to do both.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience to date. At this point, I don't even want there product, but can't afford to lose the deposit they say they will keep.
