RE-BATH, Dale Enterprises. Saleperson came to my home, and measured my old shower stall.

After the installer finished installing the base, we saw it was too small, and there was a gap between my floor tiles and the base. The owner said he would put in a tile base for us so that there wouldn't be a gap. He then said he didn't want to do that because it wouldn't look good. Yet, he never came out to see the job.

Then he sent someone to mold a base. When the man came out, he said he had the wrong material, and the wrong color, and couldn't fix it. I told them to take out their material and leave.

Home Depot, who recommended them said we have to let them do whatever they feel they have to do, whether we like it or not. I'm going to court!!

Monetary Loss: $5.

I would not let them mold a base on site. Insist that they replace with a real UPC rated base not something seamed together with a bunch of plastic scraps.
