Mary was nice enough, but no matter how many times I told her that I was disabled, that I did not want a "sit and soak" solution, still, she kept on talking about walk-in baths and baths I couldn't step into. Also, apparently this place doesn't know sliding doors or pocket doors, but instead suggested I put curtains under my sink to cover the plumbing.
If I wanted to live in an old trailer park, then I'd live in an old trailer park. Seriously? So glad this went no further.
They need people specifically experienced with dealing with needs for disabled people. And for gods sake, telling us they'd have to rip our walls DOWN to get the wallpaper off of them?
Reason of review: They need accessibility experts, not people working this as a side job. It's insulting and offensive..
Preferred solution: Have them hire or train people who know how to deal with the needs of people with disabilities..
ReBath Cons: No installation yet.
