Company does not honor contract. Would not come out at 5 year mark to re-seal.

No return calls. Once they sell you the product and it is installed, you are on your own.

They do not care! My advice: Run as fast as you can away from this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Rebath Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Come out an RESEAL the bathroom! Like my contract says needs to be done. We purchased ours from Re-Bath in Largo Fl who has closed shop and opened in Tampa, FL . .

ReBath Cons: Manager attitude, Awful customer service.
