When I enter my payment they want me to enter the code they send me but I can’t find the code I my email or Gmail so how can I retrieve the code ?

How can I change my real-debrid email address to a new email address . My old email address is closed out.

And no longer accepting emails. I do have a new address

I get an error saying it failed to play what does that mean is there a way to fix it I already put in the code

Why does the menu look for the program then goes right back to menu? Also where is the log it keeps saying to view?

Then he Subscribed to RD put his codes in Add-on in Kodi now nothing plays after clicking on any Providers. Is it still connected to my account somehow ?
