Bought flooring for kitchen and 3 bathrooms at RC Wiley. We were told this was a 2-day job and scheduled for December 1st and 2nd.

The contractor came out mid day the first day (they said due to issues getting the materials from RC Wiley). Ended up working most of the week until 10 pm on a couple of nights and still was not able to finish before they had to go to another job. They contractor was not prepared to replace carpeting that was part of two bathrooms. Apparently, the information they received from RC Wiley was limited.

The contractor also had the wrong baseboards and molding so they couldn't have finished anyway. We called RC Wiley and it took a week for the flooring manager to come to house to inspect job, remeasure, and we had to pay additional cost, before they would order correct baseboards and molding. Day 19, we were able to get someone out to finish the job but the contractor soon realized that there was not enough baseboard materials to finish all the baseboards. The materials were short by over 35 feet!

Molding was not right either but the contractor made it work. We ended up having to use leftover baseboard from when we installed wood flooring in 2007 to finish the job because we did not wish to wait any longer. The 2 day job took 20 days to complete. With 5 days left before Christmas, we were finally able to put up a tree.

Will NEVER use RC Wiley to buy flooring again!!

Stick to the furniture.
