Hose failed at nozzle connection. Email replacement request with picture of leak.

Read reviews afterwards and thought I'll never hear from them and decided to attempt a repair. Nothing to lose, was able to cut off bad part and reattach for a good repair. Received a reply from Ray P. that they were sending me a new hose.

Told them never mind, but received new hose anyway. So they did honor my warranty. I did not need to summit a store receipt or any proof of purchase just the picture seem to satisfy the proof needed. There is a possibility that they have had other failures of this product.

We own several of these hoses. Thanks Ray P.
