PlraThey told me to put in my credit card information in the boxes to get a quote. Then, when I called them to see when they would make that happen, and to my surprise they told me that I now have a contract with them one that I never signed when I disputed that claim to the customer service representative he said they emailed me the contract details and the date they would be out.
I told him I never signed up for a contract with them and I want a refund right away. He transferred me to a voicemail box. Now I cant get through to anyone on the phone. Now mind you they never told me what they were offering me or discussed any particulars of when, where, who, how this quote would take place.
So between being fed up with not being able to reach them I go to check my email and the email read that I now have a contract with them without me even signing a contract with them, and in the meantime all my calls are going straight to their voicemail. In the email, it asked me to select cancel if I don't want their services, so I did that. Next I call again and by now Ive left several messages telling them that I don't have a contract with them and to cancel anything that ties me with them. I let them know I would be writing a review here on pissed customers and filing a dispute with my bank.
Now mind you, this all happened in the last hour that I was writing this review. The nightmare with them began at 2:46pm on May 13, 2023. I already contacted my credit card provider, and they let me know that I can file a complaint if they try and charge me. I thought I was playing it safe by picking them to get a quote from because they have the number 1 rating on Google.
So much for ratings.
Is it my imagination, or are most companies out here drifting or ripping off customers in a major way? I feel a good knowing my bank has me covered.
