I have had the Rainsoft water treatment and the Clean Start laundry system for a month now. It is all they said it would be and more. The installers had to deal with my 70-year old plumbing. They took great care of my grass so that it would look nice after being dug up for the installation. My hair and skin have not looked this good in decades. This valve is no longer in production, although we maintain a small supply of brass valve bodies available for warranty replacements. Our distributor has addressed the customer’s main concern, which was that he believed he had a 90-day deferment. The dealer apologized that this may not have been clearly conveyed to the customer, although, when the finance represented visited him at his home to execute the finance contracts, if clearly showed there was no deferment. The dealer has confirmed the customer is happy with their water treatment and had no other concerns at the time.... Read more

We have discussed this matter with our distributor in Florida and have been advised that the problem was not with the reverse osmosis, but with their refrigerator. Our dealer has stated that the water from the reverse osmosis faucet had perfect pressure, but the refrigerator had none. It was recommended to the customer that they replace the fridge filter. We have discussed this issue with our distributor in Alabama. The distributor met with the Sanderson’s on November 11th to demonstrate our water treatment system. After the demonstration, the Sanderson’s filled out a credit application completely and a work order, which stated their credit would be pulled and, pending credit approval, the system would be installed in their home. We spoke to Ms. Wollenburg and discussed her concerns regarding soap products and the difficulty she has had with finding all natural, fragrance free soaps. After speaking with our distributor in Iowa, it is our understanding that the brass valve body needs to be replaced, not the entire unit. The valve body is covered under warranty, but the labor involved to replace it is not. Therefore, there is no charge for the part that is needed, only for the labor required to repair the system.
