Rainbow Play Systems - Rainbow Warranty - Poor customer service
We contacted rainbow to have our playset moved to our new home last fall. One of their installers came our in October and moved the set for us.
The installer informed us that we need to replace some of the wood because it was rotting and he would not assemble the playset at our new home. He took photos for us to submit to the warranty department for new parts. We received a response from the warranty department that they are honoring our request for replacement parts under the warranty (this was back in October). Now 7 months have past and we still have not received the replacement parts.
Our playset parts are in a pile in our back yard where the installer left them and have been sitting there for 7 months, through the winter.
Each time we contact Rainbow regarding the shipment of the parts they give us a different excuse at to why we have not received them yet. Why have a warranty in place if you are not going to follow through on it....extremely poor customer service.
