I am extremely dissatisfied with service provided by Qxpress. My parcel was picked up on 6th December 2016 and there has been no update on the whereabouts of this parcel ever since.

A phone call was made on 9th Dec to enquire about this parcel and I was told by Yati that she will update me by the end of the day or on the next day but I did not hear from Qxpress at all since 9th Dec. I contacted Qxpress again on 12th Dec and my call was attended by Phea. Phea was rude, unhelpful and in a hurry to end the phone conversation (Just because I told her that I have spoken to Yati previously, she was reluctant to assist me). After begging for help (I had to ask her if she could help me), she informed me that my parcel was lost in the warehouse and I have to wait for confirmation if it is really lost.

She was not apologetic and told me that she is unable to advise me on a cut off date to confirm that my parcel is indeed missing. I did not receive any information or reassurance from her because she was in a hurry to end the phone conversation and it made me felt that she really hates her job.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
