Qoo10 Singapore - Lousy customer service
I placed an order, tried contacting the seller for 3 times about delivery but no reply. Wanted to order from other seller only found out that this seller has 2 different listings for the same phone.
One showing silver colour avail, one no. I tried enter a new order at the same listing that I placed the order then the page suddenly went stop selling as attached. Found the seller not trusthworthy so I cancelled the order. I show the customer service officer my Qtalk screenshots & the attached to prove I've done so much before I cancelled.
But the CSO still insisted my cancellation was due to simple mind change & no coupon will be refunded. The CSO even lied saying that the item is still selling. But in fact, the listing that I placed order dissappeared. Only left one other listing.
But without ex-stock, the seller can still sell. What an incredible answer...
Without the coupon, I placed my order somewhere else which is cheaper than Q10 without coupon. So unless there's no other choice, I'd never buy from Q10 again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
