This agreement commences once The Customer have indicated The Client's acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process. In some locations The User of Website can choose to delay the start date of The Customer's membership by up to 1 month. If The User of Website want to bring this date forward, please contact The Company at member.services@puregym.com and PureGym will be more than happy to discuss The User's options. Please do note, however, that the terms in the Money Back Guarantee section of these terms may then apply in that situation. This agreement will become binding on The Customer and The Company when Website contact The User to confirm The User's membership application has been accepted, at which point a contract will come into existence between The Client of PureGym and PureGym The Client will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the Type of Membership chosen. The Joining Fee (if one is payable) and first month's membership fees are collected from The User of company services by Website either by Debit / Credit card at time of purchase, or by Direct Debit approximately 5 working days from The Customer's membership application date.
