PulseTV - Defective Wi Fi tower
I purchased a Wi Fi tower for my daughter. It did not work.
I called them and they said it was within the thirty day return policy so i could indeed return it. Who cares about the thirty day refund policy, it was a gift and it was defective. They would not send me a return label. It cost me $17.50 to send it back.
When i e mailed them back again, they said that I should have called before I returned it. I did call before I returned it. Then i e mailed them agin and they said that they found nothing wrong with it and returned it to the shelf.
So I can't help but wonder, how many people had it before me and how many times was it returned to the so called shelf.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
