PSA DNA - PSA/DNA MAKING TOO MANY MISTAKES!
I agree, I had them authenticate a Kawai Leonard Photo, Tim Wakefield baseball and Mike Schmidt photo this weekend at the Cow Palace Tri-Star show and they said they were all not real! and they were all 100% authentic!
That's 6 now in the past 2 years that I have turned in that they got wrong. They also charge $100 to authenticate a mickey mantle and $50 for Mays! ridiculous. So I took my items to JSA, and they authenticated them.
PSA/DNA just has poorly trained staff.
I am very unhappy with them. Their staff is poorly trained and cannot adapt to people signing their autographs slightly different each time.
Reason of review: Poor authentication practices.
Monetary Loss: $210.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PSA DNA Cons: Lack of expertise.

Sadly, I too, am a victim of there overworked and under-trained staff and that's giving them the benefit of assuming they don't do this intentionally. I paid a great deal of money to have them authenticate a Michael Jordan signature on a card from the 90's.
Ironically, of many famous people, his signature has remained close to what it is today, if, he even still signs them. This was a signature that I, myself witnessed and when they sent it back to me and I called, they didn't seem to care at all. They currently have approximately 150 cards of mine and they've had them for several months!!!!! They also graded 3 Ken Griffey, Jr.
Rookie cards of mine which were definitely 10's and they graded them each a six. What can I do with a 6????
They have cost me time and a great deal of money and I have no faith in them whatsoever. I'm going to
