Property Providers Terms of Service
Property Providers only accept bookings on the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. It is The Client's responsibility to have read and understand these Terms and Conditions before making a booking. The User must ensure The Customer and all visitors comply with these Terms and Conditions, which also includes any By-laws or House Rules relating to the property (where applicable), which are publically available on the notice board of any strata building. A breach of these Terms and Conditions by any occupant, guest or visitor will be considered a breach by The User Payment in part or in full constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in, but is not limited to, The User being evicted from the property, losing The Customer's security deposit and/or other monies paid (or owed) by The User of company services

Property Providers Privacy Policy
The NPPs govern the way in which Property Providers collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of The Client's Personal Information. Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information Property Providers collect includes: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers. Website don't guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. collect The Client's Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing Property Providers's' services to The Client of Property Providers providing information to Company's clients and marketing. may also use The Customer's Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where The User of company services would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. The User of company services may unsubscribe from Property Providers's' mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting The Company in writing.

Keys must be picked up and dropped off from Property Providers's' office. To comply with industry regulations, The Company are required to verify and have a copy of the registered guests ID in order to grant access by providing keys to the property. If a guest requires a third party to collect the keys, authority from a registered guest is required. All keys must be signed in/out of Company's key register. Keys are to be dropped off at Property Providers's' office unless prior arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Please note: keys will only be released once full payment has been received. These times permit adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest. If The Customer require a guaranteed early or late checkout, recommend the purchase of an additional night or gain agreement in writing at the time of booking. Guests can request early/late checkouts however this must be requested and agreed at least 48 hours prior to The Customer's entry/exit for them to be considered.
